Garrett Ilg
Executive Vice President, Japan and Asia Pacific, Oracle
Garrett Ilg is responsible for Oracle’s business across Japan and Asia Pacific. His team helps customers and partners use and drive value from our applications, cloud infrastructure, and autonomous technologies to transform their business. His management principle is based on leadership at all levels. He believes everyone is a leader in what they do, and when leaders come together as a team, great things happen. Garrett believes that diverse and inclusive environments are imperative to Oracle’s success. Diversity sets the stage to grow innovation, drive productivity, develop resilience, and champion creativity. He enjoys supporting people early in their careers as they bring unlimited ideas, energy, and ambition to every engagement. This extends into a focus on lifelong learning to drive both personal and career growth. Before joining Oracle, Garrett lived in Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, and the US, holding executive positions at Adobe, SAP, BEA Systems, and Reuters. He also speaks Japanese and cofounded a bilingual preschool in Tokyo.

Srikant Gokulnatha
Senior Vice President, AI and Analytics, Oracle
Gokulnatha is a product executive and thought leader with a proven track record of success in enterprise software. He previously served as chief analytics officer at ThoughtSpot where he was responsible for product, engineering, and customer support. Gokulnatha joined ThoughtSpot through its acquisition of Mode, where he was COO. Gokulnatha co-founded business analytics startup Numerify (acquired by Digital.ai). In an earlier role at Oracle, he was a vice president of product development responsible for Oracle’s analytical application products. He's held prior positions at Hyperion, MicroStrategy, and BCG. He received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering.

Shailender Kumar
Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director India and NetSuite JAPAC, Oracle
Shailender Kumar is senior vice president and regional managing director for Oracle India and NetSuite JAPAC. He is a committed leader with more than 30 years of experience building successful teams and running successful businesses. Shailender serves as leader, mentor, and partner to Oracle’s more than 50,000 employees, customers, and partners in India. He drives Oracle’s leadership in its core businesses such as cloud, delivers on the company’s commitment to customer and partner success, and has built a team of professionals to serve the India ecosystem. Previously, Shailender led the Key Accounts program, which became one of Oracle India’s most successful, and it continues to date. He joined Oracle as part of its BEA Systems acquisition and has held leadership positions at Quest Software, Microsoft India, and IBM India. Shailender holds a post-graduate degree in business management from the Institute of Management Technology and received his engineering degree from the Institution of Engineers (India).

Tirthankar Lahiri
Senior Vice President, Mission-Critical Data and AI Engines, Oracle
Tirthankar Lahiri is senior vice president of mission critical data and AI engines for Oracle Database, responsible for the Oracle Database data engine including AI Vector Search, Database In-Memory, Advanced Compression, Applied AI, and more. He also manages the Oracle TimesTen and NoSQLDB products. He's worked in a variety of areas such as manageability, performance, scalability, high availability, caching, in-memory databases, NoSQL architectures, and more. He holds 72 patents in these areas. Tirthankar has a Bachelor of Technology in computer science from IIT Kharagpur and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Kartik Raghavan
Senior Vice President, Product Development, Oracle
Kartik Raghavan is Oracle’s senior vice president of product development, responsible for the Sales and Revenue Capture portfolio of CX products which includes CX Sales, CPQ, Subscription Management, Commerce, Contracts, and Incentive Compensation. Kartik is passionate about how we can transform and modernize enterprises, applying the latest technologies at our disposal and designing our SaaS products and services to scale for the largest businesses in the world.

Pradeep Vincent
Executive Vice President, Chief Technical Architect, Oracle
Pradeep Vincent is the Chief Technical Architect and Executive Vice President at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). A founding engineer of OCI, he brings over 25 years of experience in technology and software architecture, with a background spanning Oracle, AWS, and other leading tech companies. His expertise covers cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, networking, GPU systems, and datacenter innovation.
