Yes, you need to wear your conference badge throughout the event. If you lose your badge, it can be reprinted at the registration desk. A government-issued photo ID will be required.

Completion of registration and payment will generate a registration confirmation receipt email. Oracle does not issue customized documentation to registrants in support of travel to, or attendance at, Oracle events, nor are any individual Oracle employees, contractors, or partners authorized to do so. Registrants are responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all applicable U.K. immigration laws and should consult with their own employer for any required letters to support applications for visas and travel requirements.

To ensure all attendees have a safe and enjoyable event, bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats, and other items, which may conceal prohibited items, may be subject to search by security personnel. Weapons and illegal non-prescription drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on premises.

Items intentionally used to cause a distraction or disturbance to our speakers or attendees such as laser pointers, airhorns, megaphone/bullhorns, banners/signage, or items with similar intent are prohibited. Prohibited items discovered during security inspections must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle, hotel room, or discarded. Items will not be held for later pick-up.
